My house is nearly 4000 sq ft, on different levels with a tiered garden and pool; is in the main fairly unique. On meeting there was not the usual flummery but down to earth market appraisal and a keen professional manner. Within hours Cambridge Residential were able to introduce prospective tenants with excellent credentials. In just over a week all the necessary checks paperwork and funds were in place. Any concerns I had were addressed and covered in the agreement with conditions arranged and prepared by Cambridge Residential. The stresses and strains usually embodied in property transactions were dissipated. Being kept up to date with progress, was and is important to me and it was simple with Cambridge Residential; I was emailed or telephoned and my queries were dealt with expeditiously. Cambridge Residential have been managing my property since 2009. They have been effective at finding tenants, and have dealt efficiently with any late payment issues with the tenants. They have been particularly good at dealing with all maintenance issues, both at getting reasonable prices and at overseeing the works to a satisfactory conclusion, and they have always answered emails quickly, efficiently and politely. Cambridge Residential have been the exclusive sole letting agents for my property ( a detached house in Hove ) for the last decade and I have no hesitation in recommending them as letting agents and property managers.
